Beautiful, Love is

When love is expressed as it's meant to, it shines so brightly more than anything on Earth and possibly even in the Universe. It only doesn't seem so when we are consumed by fear when love seemed to have disappeared or lost. It's fear that pulls a veil over us, puts walls around us and fools us into believing that it can dim love. The interesting thing is that it does, only when we let it. Love, at its truest form is light, full, encompassing and infinite.

Take for example when people are in love; whether it's with a partner, a child, family, pet, a true friend, a tree, a flower or even towards a stranger, the world opens up. Their eyes glow. Their hearts expand. The connection/bond between those who are in love is strong and solid. They feel exceptionally confident in facing the world. It’s like they can be and do anything and everything they want. Suddenly they're inspired, they see opportunities and potential in life. Everything seems brighter, more beautiful.

That is the power of love.

Even during dark times, when there is love, with love on their side, they can muster the strength they didn’t even know they had to pull through and give all they’ve got.

That is true power.
